What's a good goal?

-Specify your goals. Find out what it is you ACTUALLY want. I've found that the more successful people I meet tend to be willing to try anything but keep a headline goal at their center focus. Whatever works around it is great and may progress them closer to the goal as well. Try to be as specific as you can too. "I want to be a full time voice actor" VS "I want to make 50k+ a year solely from my work as a voice actor in video games." I believe that this also helps you feel more fulfilled as you know exactly what it is you crave.
-I call this one the KF rule. It stands for Keep Files (and also Ken Fay who inspired this one). Start keeping a reference folder for people other than yourself. If you work with another creative very often and are able to find opportunities together, it might be a good idea to keep a file of some of their work on your own personal device. While working on a project with Ken this past week this immediately came in handy when our client wanted to see some of his work. I didn't need to keep them waiting, just a quick click into the "Ken Folder" (hey, another KF) and I was able to send everything over quickly
