-30 minutes, 3 meters and 30 seconds. Every 30 minutes you should look away from your computer. Ideally at something 3 meters away and focus on it for 30 seconds. This is an excellent way to prevent eye strain.


-Treat your hearing well. We are in a line of work that requires good hearing. Maybe not to the level of some others in our industry but work on being mindful
